The Correct Way of Spraying Pesticides

Following some rules while spraying pesticides increases effectiveness and reduces harm.

Spraying rules:

- Mix water as per the label dose

- Keep the nozzle facing the crop and spray evenly

- Morning 6-9 AM or afternoon 4-6 PM is the best time

- Do not spray in windy or rainy weather

- Ensure spraying on the underside of leaves as well

Safety:

- Use mask, gloves and protective clothing

- Wash hands thoroughly after spraying
